The Rensselaer (Ind.) Public Library did more than just place books and material on stuttering on a shelf. Glenda Brown made a special display complete with posters of famous people who stutter, videos and other resources.alt text

The material on the display was also available to check out. The display was so good that the local newspaper did an entire article on it and SFA supporter, Leon “Jigger” Sirois. The Stuttering Foundation is able to make resources available free of charge to public libraries nationwide because of donations from people like Sirois of Williamsburg, Va.

If your local library doesn’t have SFA material, please encourage them to contact the Foundation at 1-800-992-9392.
