The Malcolm Fraser Society

Malcolm Fraser led by example. He founded the Stuttering Foundation, sustained it with his generous gifts, and perpetuated it through a magnanimous bequest. It is altogether fitting that the Stuttering Foundation Gift Society be named for him.

The Malcolm Fraser Society seeks to honor those who include the Stuttering Foundation in their estate plans, and who agree to be listed annually in the newsletter as members of the Society. The amount will not be listed.

Such gifts may include:

  • Bequests;
  • Trusts paying the donor income for life;
  • Income-producing annuities;
  • Life insurance;
  • IRAs or other pension plans.

Suggested phrasing for a simple bequest would be:
"I give and bequeath $ ________ (or ____ percent of my residual estate) to the Stuttering Foundation, a charity founded in Memphis, Tennessee."

In all cases, you should consult your legal advisor for the appropriate type of gift and wording.

Editor's Note: We appreciate the trust and support of those who have included the Foundation in their will.
